For this program, our Health Coaches will use a coaching app, My Coach, to provide accountability and to deliver education directly to you. During this 6 week program, you are going to practice 6 different habits: reducing evening screen time, sleep, gratitude, meditation, spending time outdoors and planning. You will practice each habit for one week.
The 6 practices are strategically put together to help you live a happier, healthier and more productive life. Many of the practices you will try will be very simple and take less than 10 minutes. Don't let their simplicity fool you; these are little levers that will move large boulders in your life.
You will learn about the importance of mindfulness in our lives. You will learn to avoid screens for a better night of sleep, about our natural circadian rhythms, the effect of blue light, sleep hygiene, and much more!
Use this time to build awareness and good habits around what you do and how you live your life that will carry through the rest of the year and beyond.
