Sessions last approximately 50 minutes and can include various aspects such as grocery trips, handouts, discussion, planning and education.
Works great in conjunction with Personal Training.
High Intensity Interval Training. Class lasts about 45 minutes include warm-up and cool down. Will focus on specific movements based on class description. Typically timed work/rest intervals with education on proper movement and modifications given as needed.
Vinyasa-style Yoga class suitable for beginners to intermediate. Great for athletes wanting to incorporate the benefits of yoga into their training. Modifications given to both increase and decrease the difficulty of the class. Class includes balance training, strength endurance, flexibility and restorative poses. Class length is 1 hour.
