This is for anyone that wants to workout with a friend. Works best for 2 or more clients with similar abilities and fitness levels. A trainer can help decide if this is a good fit for your small group Each person would pays $15 per 30 minute session & $25.00 per 50 Min session.
A "pop-in" 30 Min Personal Training Session designed for busy people who struggle to commit to regularly scheduled personal training. No initial assessment required. Just peruse the 1-1 sessions available online & schedule for later in the week, or as late as 24 hours in advance. No weekly commitment or obligation. We'll help you cross "exercise" off your list! Each "Last Minute Workout" includes warmup, total body resistance circuit, & stretch.
Massage therapy meets personal training in this unique 50 min package. Adding massage therapy to your training season can help you achieve maximum performance and physical conditioning while also decreasing chance of injury or pain and quicker recovery. Some of the benefits associated with sports massage are increased ROM (range of motion), decreased muscle tension, & enhanced recovery. Whether you need more time to warm your body up or enhance cool down the Sports Massage session is for you!
Assessment and program recommendations. A comprehensive plan can be developed and taught over a series of sessions.
In 1 hour session, we will help you identify what is causing your pain and teach you how to correct the reasons at home.
In a half hour session, you can get the information you need to address your problem.
A 30 or 45 minute which can include various aspects such as grocery trips, handouts, discussion, planning and education. Can be combined with Personal Training.
Mix and Match any Group Fitness Class
Attend unlimited classes for just one price! Special Rate of $29.99+tax for Personal Training Clients who complete at least two or more 30 or 50 minute PT sessions per week.
Initial 45 minute session to discuss accountability goals
Meet with your coach 4 times a month for 20 minutes for accountability.
Current clients and class participants can add on 15 Minute Sports Massage before or after their session or class.
Have a group of friends that wants to workout together? Then this is for you! Your group will work out with a personal trainer in the main studio or a private room. Works best for people with similar fitness abilities.
Have a sports team or experienced group of people who need a place to train? You can rent the studio!
The equipment we have includes: Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Barbells, TRXs, Punching bag, Plyo Boxes, Slamballs, Dynamax Balls, Sleds, Tires, Bands, Cable Machine, Reverse Hyper, Ropes, BOSUs, Stability Balls, & Jump Ropes.
