Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger or perform at a higher level, we will work together to progess you to your goals.  

I specialize in functional training. What is functional training?  It is training specific to whatever you need to do in life.  That might be performing as an athlete or just knowing how to move an object without incurring injury.  Core stabilization and balance are emphasized and proper form is always paramount.    

Using the scientifically based NASM OPT Model, we can work toward general fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, hypertropy and/or power.


Corrective Exercise:

Corrective Exercise is one of the most important components of a comprehensive exercise program. Regardless of athletic ability or fitness level, almost every person has some degree of dysfunction.  This increases the chance for injury.  Dysfunction can include muscle imbalances, faulty movement patterns, decreased flexibility, and/or lack of core and joint stability. 

Using an evidence-based, systematic corrective exercise program, your dysfunctions will be identified and an integrated training program will be created to improve your posture, reduce pain, and help you remain injury free. Includes assessment, printed corrective plan and 5 additional sessions to teach you your specialized Corrective Exercise Plan.

Wellness is more than just exercise.  We will identify and address your roadblocks, reconnect you with your hunger cues and build habits for success.  

Lessons, handouts, worksheets and one-on-one sessions are tailored to you and the needs of your family and may include any of the following:

Body Composition Analysis

A body composition analysis  will help you set your goals and track your progress!

For only $10 you will receive a print out and explanation of your measurements including the following:  

  • Body Weight
  • Body Mass Index 
  • Body Fat Percent (Overall plus broken out by each arm, each leg and your torso)
  • Visceral Fat Rating
  • Body Water Percent 
  • Muscle Mass (Also broken out by each arm, leg and torso)
  • Bone Mass
  • Metabolic Age
  • Daily Calorie Intake - Recommended amount based on your current activity level and metabolism to maintain weight. Lowering this number and increasing your activity will lead to weight loss.
