COVID-19 Response

We will follow all guidelines for Personal Care Services when conducting Personal Training Sessions including:   

  • Trainers will wear masks
  • Trainers will take have temperature taken prior to working
  • Trainers will thoroughly wash hands in between each client
  • All equipment will be wiped down after usage
  • Regular disinfecting done with a Commercial Protexus Electrostatic Sprayer
  • Clients who seem ill or have a temperature will not be seen
  • Social distancing of 6' will be maintained among clients

Personal Training:

We specialize in functional training. What is functional training?  It is training specific to whatever you need to do in life.  That might be performing as an athlete or just knowing how to move an object without incurring injury.  Core stabilization and balance are emphasized and proper form is always paramount.    


Our specializations and education allow us to work toward general fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, hypertropy, mobility, flexibility and/or power.

Corrective Exercise:

Corrective Exercise is one of the most important components of a comprehensive exercise program. Regardless of athletic ability or fitness level, almost every person has some degree of dysfunction.  This increases the chance for injury.  Dysfunction can include muscle imbalances, faulty movement patterns, decreased flexibility, and/or lack of core and joint stability. 


Using an evidence-based, systematic corrective exercise program, your dysfunctions will be identified and an integrated training program will be created to improve your posture, reduce pain, and help you remain injury free.


Now available: Lower Back Pain Action Plan: A single session to identify the reason for your pain and how to address it.  Includes Soft density foam roller.

Health Coaching:

Wellness is more than just exercise.  One of our ACE Certified Health Coaches will identify and address your roadblocks, reconnect you with your hunger cues, and build habits for success.  


Lessons, handouts, worksheets and one-on-one sessions are tailored to you and the needs of your family and may include any of the following:

  • Grocery Trip (We go there together!)

Body Composition Analysis

A body composition analysis  will help you set your goals and track your progress!  This service is included for all Personal Training clients.

For only $10 you will receive a print out and explanation of your measurements including the following:  


  • Body Weight
  • Body Mass Index 
  • Body Fat Percent (Overall plus broken out by each arm, each leg and your torso)
  • Visceral Fat Rating
  • Body Water Percent 
  • Muscle Mass (Also broken out by each arm, leg and torso)
  • Bone Mass
  • Metabolic Age
  • Daily Calorie Intake - Recommended amount based on your current activity level and metabolism to maintain weight. Lowering this number and increasing your activity will lead to weight loss.

Monthly Accountability Coaching

Meet with a trainer 4 times each month for 20 minutes for accountability. This is for someone who already workouts on their own but needs tweaks to their workout or eating plan to overcome barriers to their goals.  

1) Meet for Initial 30 Minute meeting (can be done virtually, in person, or on the phone)

2) Continue meeting 4 times a month with your accountability subscription


Work specifically on one of the following:


Are you struggling with:

~Sticking to a workout routine or healthy eating 

~Snacking at night when you are not hungry or just ate dinner
