12 weeks of coaching starting with a 6 week nutrition program teaching you the Core Habits of Fat Loss, just in time to Shape up for Summer! Begins May 14th, 2023. Using both 1-1 and group coaching for accountability, you will learn about and develop habits for vegetables, protein, smart carbs, fats & beverages. You will work with your coach to set & daily track your SMART goals through the program. A chance to practice and build habits with the benefit of a health coach and your community.
Includes Bonus Program: Sofa to So Far 5K Challenge, a 9 week walking/running program to get your ready for summer races. Exercise is encouraged during the program using either this bonus program or your own exercise regimen.

Your Health Coach will use a coaching app, My Coach, to provide accountability and to deliver education directly to you during the nutrition program. You can easily interact with your coach through the app and in person at meetings throughout the 12 weeks, learning and then practicing your new knowledge and habits.
