For this challenge, our Health Coaches will use a coaching app, My Coach, to provide accountability and to deliver education directly to you. This challenge focuses on reducing added sugar.
You will learn about added sugar, artificial sweeteners, why we crave sugar and what to do when cravings strike. As a participant, you will receive daily notifications to remind you to check-in. From here, you'll get a daily lesson focusing on one aspect of nutrition or wellbeing.
Your Program Guide will contain resources to use during the Challenge including recipes. You can respond to Community Challenges to interact with fellow participants.
Use this time to build awareness and good habits around what you eat that will carry through the rest of the year.
