Your 50 minute private session with Taylor will include instruction of the workout including proper form. You will receive a copy of the workout to take with you, along with a band for the banded workout. Each workout is designed to last 30-45 minutes to make it is easy to fit into your schedule. Every workout targets muscles for the whole body and includes some cardio. Exercises can be scaled to your ability!
