Our bodies are so unbelievably amazing. Our bodies have our back always. Our bodies know the foods it needs to feel good and perform at an ultimate level. The problem is we are so disconnected from our bodies that we no longer know how to truly listen to them. Once you truly reconnect to your body you can make the right decision with ease. It is no longer a forced action or a constant battle. You start feeding your body the nutrients it needs because it makes you feel light, energized, and focused. Did you know we are always being guided? The problem is the noise of the outside world gets in the way.
